Golf FORE the Animals Date: 7/26
Location: Echo Falls golf club in Snohomish
3rd Annual Golf FORE the Animals benefit tournament for Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project. Help raise funds for free spay and neuter services. Cost: $125 per golfer includes 18 holes of golf in a scramble format, cart, skills challenge contests, prizes for 1st -3rd place teams. Lunch will be served in the Lake Room following the tournament along with a chance to participate in a raffle for great prizes. The 38th annual Bumbershoot: Seattle’s Music & Arts Festival, Presented by Samsung Mobile announces the addition of The Offspring, Nada Surf and Flobots to the 2008 lineup. The 3-day urban event takes place Labor Day Weekend (August 30 – September 1). The Festival stretches across the 74-acre Seattle Center, located beneath the city’s iconic Space Needle, and programs 20 indoor and unique outdoor venues.
